  • Brightspace – Brightspace is the learning management system (LMS) used by the Faculty of Medicine to host and deliver most of the content for medical students. The LMS hosts all courses for each Phase of the curriculum.

 

  • Questionmark – Questionmark is Memorial’s summative exam system which delivers exams remotely and securely used exclusively by undergraduate. 

 

  • One45 – One45 is Memorial’s rotation scheduling and evaluation system used in Undergraduate and Postgraduate. In Undergraduate it is used for scheduling clerkship rotations in Phase 4. It is also used to distribute course grades to learners and numerous course and faculty evaluations for each Phase.

 

  • T-Res – T-Res is used for workplace-based assessment for tracking entrustable professional activities (EPAs) and procedure logging by clerks in Phase 4 clerkship.

 

  • CBlue – CBlue is the in-house designed and developed blueprinting and objectives mapping technology that works with the LMS. This technology allows Memorial to assign unique identifiers to each learning objective. The result is they can assess individual sessional learning objectives to individual questions on every summative exam.

  • SimulationIQ – SIMULATIONiQ™ is an advanced simulation management platform utilized by the University of Prince Edward Island’s Clinical Skills and Learning Centre (CLSC) to replicate a wide range of clinical scenarios—from foundational skills to high-stakes emergency situations. At its core, SIMULATIONiQ™ provides a robust technological framework that enables faculty and staff to efficiently plan, manage, and evaluate simulation events. The system features integrated audio-video recording, instant playback, and debriefing tools, offering learners timely, constructive feedback to enhance their clinical competence.

 

  • myUPEI – myUPEI offers a secure and user-friendly platform that brings together key aspects of student life through an integrated Toolbox. Students can easily access important links, announcements, account balances, and campus services by logging into myUPEI. Faculty and staff also benefit from the platform, using it to support academic, financial, and human resources activities.

 

  • Room BookingInfosilem Campus empowers faculty, staff, and students to request and manage campus spaces beyond standard course scheduling. Space requests are reviewed and approved based on availability, while student study spaces can often be booked on demand, offering flexible access as needed.

 

  • M365 – Microsoft 365 is a cloud-based suite that offers online access to popular Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote. It also includes powerful collaboration tools like SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams. At UPEI, Microsoft 365 and OneDrive are available to students, faculty, and staff upon issuance of a UPEI account.

 

  • Student PrintingPaperCut is a web-based printing system that allows students to print from designated campus printers. To use the service, students must first add funds to their Campus Card account—either online or in person at the Robertson Library. Once funds are available, students can log in to PaperCut using their UPEI username and password to access and send print jobs to the appropriate printer.

 

  • HoloAnatomy – HoloAnatomy® is an immersive mixed reality learning tool that allows students to explore the human body in 3D using Meta Quest headsets. Instead of relying solely on textbooks or physical specimens, students can interact with life-sized, holographic models of anatomical structures—viewing organs, systems, and tissues from any angle.
