The Simulation Fundamentals Program has been used and adapted per a license agreement with the University of Saskatchewan College of Medicine. This virtual and practical workshop introduces learners to foundational knowledge and practical insights into simulation pedagogy with an emphasis on simulation design, debriefing, and translational simulation. An additional (optional?) mentorship phase of the program offers continued support and consultation to learners as they integrate simulation best practices into their organization’s curriculum.
