Dr. Ibrahim Elaraoud is a board-certified ophthalmologist and retinal specialist who has served Prince Edward Island since 2019. A graduate of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences, he completed advanced training and practised in the United Kingdom before bringing his expertise to PEI.

Dr. Greg Keefe, Professor Emeritus

A respected educator, researcher, and leader, Dr. Greg Keefe dedicated his career to advancing higher education and improving community health across Prince Edward Island and beyond.
He joined the Atlantic Veterinary College at the University of Prince Edward Island in 1996, where he also served as Dean and later as Interim President and Vice-Chancellor of UPEI.
